How to Buy From Us:

The physical shop at Victoria Park Market is now closed permanently and all products are only available on this website.

You can view and price our products online at Buy Products From Us then:

      order online and pay your resulting invoice separately by manual bank transfer/direct credit to our 

ANZ Auckland Business Bank account:

or  order online and produce an invoice to get availability details and pay by either manual bank transfer or direct credit or another method

For online purchasing from overseas,  we are required by our bank, to restrict the use of foreign-based credit cards, please Contact Us .

Terms of Trade:

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase those items which are restricted by law.

Freight:

For freighting of goods, you must choose one selection from a range of Courier/Carrier options which will be listed for you at Checkout and included in the total charge:

  • select the shipping destination/mode of transport,
  • complete the customer details and delivery address,
  • choose the "Stripe / Credit Card" payment option to pay your invoice,
  • click on "Submit Order",
  • our system will send you a tax invoice, by email, 
  • offline or online, complete the direct payment option with your bank,
  • we will see the receipt of your funds in our bank, the next business day, for dispatch of your goods, 
  • we will then confirm our receipt of your funds, by email,
  • finally, we will confirm dispatch to you, with tracking details, by email.


Online Purchasing with Online or Offline Manual Payment:

  • choose the "Invoice Only" option to produce your invoice,

  • contact us by email or phone to discuss availability of the product(s),
  • arrange payment of the invoice upon knowing availability,
  • we will then confirm our receipt of your funds, by email,
  • finally, we will confirm dispatch to you, with tracking details, by email. 

Time to Dispatch:

Please allow up to 5 - 7 working days for the dispatch of goods from us to you. Remember, we will confirm dispatch to you, by email, along with tracking details.
