This online business is located entirely within New Zealand at Kumeu, Auckland.

Currency

All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars only.

Returns Policy

A full refund will be provided for any goods returned, unopened in their original packaging, unused and within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace or refund those goods if they are returned within 30 days of purchase.

Reimbursement for return shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.

The replacement goods, if any, will then be supplied freight free.

After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.

Data Privacy Policy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us.  

We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party.  

We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises.

Delivery Times

We will process your order within 5 business days following my receipt of your payment in cleared funds.

Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day.

WeI will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 2 further days for delivery domestically, or 1 week internationally.

Disputes at Law

This website and its operation are under the jurisdiction of New Zealand Law and any disputes at law shall be bound only by the Laws of New Zealand.
